I’ve always wanted to see the Northern lights in person. I tried when I was in Finland a few years back but didn’t get far enough north. Until I can see it in person the video by Agust Ingvarsson below is a nice substitution.

I luv this idea, instead of paying for an expensive frame you can send the folks at PlyWerks a photo and have them mount it on these beautiful boards made from maple and bamboo. Dead sexy if you ask me. I wonder if I can buy some blanks and use them for my canvas? I had better ask…

From age 18 to like 30 (something) I was a Doc Marten wearing, air cushion loving fiend. I had a pair/color of docs for every day of the week. I still have them in a box somewhere. If my feet weren’t such wimps these days I would still be wearing them. So for all those doc lovers out there like me I give you some short video snips, 9 to be exact, showing how the original 8 eye boot was made. ENJOY… I did!

Ride the Divide – MTB Race

I’ve toyed with MTB racing for awhile now but when I heard of this race I quivered in fear. I thought the Breckinridge 100 was intense. This one is 2,745 miles of back breaking, ankle tearing, dirt in your eyes and everywhere else craziness… and to boot you’re all ALONE!
